Mayor visits UCLA Extension

Mayor Villaraigosa met one of UCLA Extension’s employees at the Jamba Juice in Westwood on August 2nd. She mentioned that she worked at UCLA Extension and let him know that they regularly host students from around the world who come to the American Language Center to study English. The Mayor told her that he has taken some Extension classes. He said, "I loved UCLA Extension because I could take classes I never dreamed existed."
